Terms of Use
These terms apply to use of the 3D Port Ledger website and demonstration environment. Customer deployments may also be subject to separate commercial terms.
Permitted use
You may use the website, demonstration environment and information made available through them for evaluation, internal business purposes and other authorised use consistent with their intended purpose.
Restricted use
Unless authorised in writing, you must not systematically scrape, extract, reproduce, republish, distribute, sublicense, sell or resell the service or its data, or use it to create or support a competing data product or service. You must not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, interfere with, bypass security controls, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
Intellectual property and data
3D Port Ledger retains its rights in the software, presentation, analytics, methodologies, database structure and proprietary compilations that make up the service. Third-party and source data may remain subject to the rights and licence conditions of the relevant provider or owner.
Demonstration environment
The public demo uses synthetic airport and flight data. It is provided to demonstrate the product experience and should not be treated as operational, commercial or safety-critical information.
Availability and accuracy
We aim to provide a reliable and useful service, but the website and demo may be changed, interrupted or unavailable from time to time. Information may depend on third-party sources and should be independently verified where a decision requires authoritative or safety-critical data.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the website and demonstration environment are provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the service develops. The version published on this page applies from the date of publication.
